Shipping and Returns information
- All orders are shipped within 2 business days of ordering via either Australia Post eparcel or Couriers Please.
- All orders will be left by the courier in a safe place so please ensure your shipping address is secure as our parcels are not sent with SOD (signature on delivery).
- STANDARD SHIPPING - $7.99 (FREE for orders over $75). Your order will be sent via the most cost-effective carrier. Please allow 3-10 working days for this service.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING - $10.50 - Select this premium delivery service if you would like your goods in a hurry!! Delivery is next business day to capital cities and major metropolitan areas (excluding WA). Express orders go via AIR where possible. Maximum shipping time for Express postage is 3 business days. - The standard turnaround time still applies to orders leaving our warehouse, Express shipping is only indicative of the shipping method not packing.
- We will happily provide a refund for any product returned within 14 days of purchase that is exactly as you received it. That means unopened, unused, in a resaleable condition with all security seals in tact. Please be sure to carefully package and protect your returned product so we receive it in great condition. Please note the return postage for change of mind returns falls on the customer, Eme Skin will of course cover the postage for any faulty or broken products.
- So I have this rash… But seriously, we want you to enjoy your purchase and have categorised our products based on your skin type / concern to best provide a perfect match for you. Should you experience a reaction please contact our Customer Care on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to lodge your concern. Please note that all information is needed to be gathered to meet our reaction returns guidelines, which requires photographic evidence of the irritation and no more than 20% of the product used.
- What happens if the product is not what I ordered, or is different to what I selected?
Oops, how did that happen?... Apologies if we have unknowingly sent you an incorrect product; we are still human! Contact our Customer Care on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to lodge this mistake, so we can quickly correct it for you! We can provide you with a Reply Paid label to return the incorrect product in exchange for the correct item. Again please ensure the returned product is carefully wrapped and packaged to avoid damage in transit.
